AirSome is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to summarize Airbnb listing reviews. The Service provides AI-generated summaries to help users make informed booking decisions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Free Tier and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Tier

New users receive 50 free summaries. Cached summaries do not count against your free credits.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

We offer Day Pass, Week Pass, and Month Pass subscriptions. All subscriptions are one-time payments for the specified duration. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AirSome and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Summaries generated by AirSome are AI-powered and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated summaries. You should verify important information independently before making booking decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirSome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms
